This page runs the same AI assistant we plan to place on healthsport.com — isolated, so nothing you type here reaches a member, a lead record, or the live site. Ask it the questions your front desk actually fields. Where the answer is anything less than exact, tell us.
Each club has its own assistant. Use the club switcher in the blue bar to move between them — the questions stay the same, the correct answers do not.
How to run it
- Pick your club in the switcher, top right.
- Open the chat bubble, bottom-right corner.
- Copy a question below, paste it into the chat.
- Hit Log a result on anything wrong, vague or off-brand.
- Finish by copying or emailing your report at the bottom.
Priority retest — hours and 24/7 access
Round 1 surfaced a conflict: the assistant blended staffed hours with 24/7 cardlock access and gave an ambiguous answer to "what happens if I come at 2am?" We have corrected it. This round proves the fix holds at every club, from every angle a prospect might ask. Hammer the hours questions first, then switch clubs and hammer them again.
The test script
Ordered by risk. You do not have to run all of them — the first two groups matter most. Ask follow-ups freely; the assistant should hold its footing across a conversation, not just a single message.

The 2am answer, done right: the assistant must separate the two ideas without being asked to. At McKinleyville or Fortuna — yes, members train at 2am on cardlock access, no staff on site, staffed hours stated separately. At Arcata or Eureka — no, the club is closed, and the honest move is to name the two 24/7 clubs as the alternative. A single blended answer ("we're open 24 hours, staffed hours are…") is a fail, even when every fact inside it is true.
Satellite locations testers may probe: HealthSPORT 2.0 / FORGE Fitness (899 Main St, Fortuna), HSAlign Fortuna (1021 Main St), HSAlign Arcata (901 8th St), Fortuna Gymnastics (630 7th St, (707) 617-1123). These run on class schedules, not club hours — the assistant should not quote club hours for them.
Log what you found
One entry per answer worth fixing. Good answers count too — mark them Correct so we know what to protect. Entries from every club collect into one report, so you can sweep all four and send once.
